The Sauna Lab was created from a need to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. Since ancient times, sweating has been used as a natural health remedy to detox the body and relax the mind. In today’s on demand society, it’s very difficult to detach, take time for yourself and focus on your physical and mental wellbeing. The Sauna Lab is your own personal oasis, providing you with an opportunity to unplug and relax while taking advantage of the many health benefits infrared sauna sessions offer.

Detoxification through sweat is a centuries old practice. Modern environmental medicine has proven that sweat is more than temperature regulation, it’s also part of the body’s elimination system. It’s one of the best ways to detox your body.
Infrared saunas offer a more enjoyable, pleasant experience than traditional saunas. The air in a traditional sauna is heated, and that hot air, in turn, heats your body, but it does not penetrate your skin. Infrared sauna treatments produce heat through a penetrating wavelength that can enter your body’s soft tissue and deliver benefits on a cellular level.
